Welcome to the Crunch App FZE (“Crunch, we, our, or us”) website and application.
It is important that you read this Data Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) together with our Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), which can be found on the Crunch App (defined below).

Crunch respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website, access, and/or use our Services (as defined in the Terms and Conditions) regardless of where you visit it from, and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Definitions

Crunch”, “we”, “or” and “us” means CRUNCH APP FZE.

Crunch App” means the mobile application developed by Crunch for Users in connection with the Services.

Service” means the Website and the Crunch App offering a personal finance information management service that allows Users to consolidate and track their financial information in order to aid and assist in improving Users’ overall financial health.

User”, “you”, and “your” refers to the individual person that has visited or is using the Website, Crunch App or Services. “Website” means our website which may be established and all Content, services, and products provided by Crunch at or

through the Website. Further, the term, “Website” also refers to all Crunch-owned subdomains.

Who we are

The Website and Crunch App are operated by Crunch App FZE, a private company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates with license number L-1091 and whose registered office is at SRT-FLR23-23.01-HD-102, Sheikh Rashid Tower, Dubai World Trade Center.

Each time you visit access or use the Services, we may automatically collect information about you and the device you are using, including but not limited to:

(a)  information about which pages you visit and which resources you use on through the Services;

Information you give us

We also collect any information you provide to us directly by filling in any of the forms on the Website or the Crunch App. If you sign up with us to use the Services and/or make a transaction, we may also collect:

(b)  your email address;

(c)  your telephone number;

(d)  username and password;

Please note that as a User, you are responsible for keeping your login information including your password confidential. Where do we get your information from?

We collect the information you provide to us directly by filling in any of the forms on the Website or Crunch App. We also collect information directly from your device. We use cookies to collect some of this information.

We do this to help us analyse how visitors use the Services (including behaviour patterns and the tracking of visits across multiple devices). All the information that is collected is anonymous and is only used to improve the Services.

The profiling and automated decision-making we carry out in respect of the information we hold about you and your account is used to enable us to ensure relevant information, suggestions and recommendations for products/services are sent to you by us.

We also may use a number of third parties to supply us with products and services. In such event, we will only share your information with our suppliers where it is necessary for them to provide us or you with the services that are needed.

Where is your information stored?

Your information is stored on servers and filing systems in the United Arab Emirates.

The Website and the Crunch App may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of third parties (e.g. payment processing sites, or offers). If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own terms and conditions, privacy notices and cookie notices and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for those notices or your use of those websites.

Unfortunately sending information via the internet is not totally secure. Although we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to the Website or Crunch App; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use commercially reasonable procedures and security features to prevent unauthorised access.

We are concerned with keeping your data secure and protecting it from unauthorised disclosure. We implement a variety of security measures to ensure the security of your personal data on our systems.
